All Logo placements have to apply to Sun Coast's Brand Standards. A representative of Network-Interstate Co. will contact you if there is a problem with any custom placement issues.

Once the merchandise has shipped, how long will it take for me to receive it?
All merchandise is shipped via UPS group unless otherwise specified. To view normal UPS ground shipping times Click Here.

Does my logo have to be imprinted the way it is displayed in the product photo?
No, in the order form (billing section) area there is a section to add any comments or special instructions, such as logo size, color, positioning, additional text, additional artwork, etc. Additional pricing and set-up charges may apply. A representative of Network-Interstate Co. will contact you via phone or e-mail to discuss any additional changes concerning your logo or pricing concerns with your order.

Can I add anything I want to the Sun Coast logo imprint, or change it in any way?
All decoration methods with the Sun Coast logo must comply with brand standards. Additional set-up or imprint charges may apply. If you would would like to submit your artwork for inspection prior to placing your order, please e-mail your artwork to mikem@networkinterstate.com or fax it to 713-513-5840.

What if I don't want the Sun Coast logo, or if I work for a different company? Can I still purchase the items with my custom logo or artwork?
Yes, but there may be a slight increase in price and there will be additional set-up and/or imprint charges. Contact Mike Manuel at 713-865-8005 or e-mail mikem@networkinterstate.com.
