Terms & Conditions

All prices, specifications and terms of sales are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted subject to availability of merchandise. All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms. All stock merchandise ships within 48 hours. If for any reason Network-Interstate cannot meet the required delivery, a customer service representative will contact you. Changes to orders may incur additional charges, and your delivery date may be affected. Requests for next day delivery must be received no later than 1PM CST.

Shipments

Freight handling charges and insurance will be added to the invoice. All shipments are insured for the full net value. Network-Interstate must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Original shipping cartons, packing material and damaged contents must be retained for inspection. Returns

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. Please contact Network-Interstate for return authorization. See Contact information. Return freight must be pre-paid. Merchandise returned in poor condition will not receive credit or refund. Any merchandise that has been washed and/or worn will not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions and all appropriate materials included.
